Our story
Oteero is a lean team of banking and fintech professionals, founded in 2022 by Arkady Volovich who previously worked for PepsiCo and HSBC
We find joy in solving real-life challenges faced by small businesses, even when that involves not so fancy things, like invoices, accounts receivable and collections.


We are supported by the Founder Institute, the world's largest pre-seed accelerator, and "Invest in Spain", an executive division of a state-owned agency "ICEX Spain Exportation and Investment"
